I came across this ' blogspot ' when looking for info on Eldore mining. It has lots of links and lists of companies active in Burkina Faso mining. M's opinion is not mine.

Drill Results from Blackthorn not spectacular. Blackthorn came out with results and update on their gold projects in Burkina Faso. Altough some media reported the resultes and update as positive , we are not impressed with the returns on grade and length at all.
Appearantly investors also did not like the update, as the stock has been trading lower and the last couple of days.
