correction re legal issue

hi all i made a major mistake the legal issue with yarri mining does involve mulga hill, but remember its been dismissed once before there is an appeal due early next year..i dont like counting my chickens before they hatch but i am looking forward to a nice xmas present for me..and the family..cheers all hold on this is a sleeper, or a roughie, as they say..

as my old boss used to say, "dont be the first and dont be the worst" not sure what he meant..
