A vaccine is an introduced controlled pathogen to help an immune system recognise and respond to it. The pathogen gets into your cell with mRNA to reproduce itself.
That isn't a therapy. A therapy is a treatment.
Ivermectin is a therapy, it attempts to inhibit the pathogens instead of giving your immune system a chance to fight them.
Are you trying to say that the current vaccines are dangerous because they are synthetic, maybe?
