Your track record of posting comments on VRX is highly unusual. Basically you've shown up out of the blue two days ago and posted more than 30 detailed messages, which appear to be almost exclusively concerning the merits (or otherwise) of VRX management. I'm sure most people here would consider that as not typical of a genuine or ordinary investor. Most new investors ask questions about future profits, NPV, likely customers, emerging markets etc. Your posts are mostly well written, but legalistic and adversarial. I'm guessing you have a legal background. It's also a strange coincidence that you've shown up with just over a week to go before the AGM. Actually, if your intention is to quell disquiet amongst shareholders in relation to their dissatisfaction with VRX management, I'd say you are far too late. Many holders have had their confidence in management eroded since the start of 2021.
