Wholesalers of Gift Cards can earn margins as little as 1 percent
Zip margin on this product will be miniscule but risk of fraud is exponential.
Hypothetically if they find $100 million of Gift Cards they could earn 500k gross margin but if 10 percent fraud they could lose $10 million
