impossible to say really.... a different culture, different politics, different system altogether.
if Athenian political leaders ruined the economy as Morrison has done I dare guess that Socrates wouldn't have been too impressed.
but he was a thinker using critical analysis.... in that mode he probably would vote for independent thinkers, not political parties who rort the system for their own benefit.
recall that it was the leading members of the Athenian Senate who condemned Socrates to death.
He was accused of sedition --- when all he was trying to do was encourage people to think independently and critically.
he would have dismissed the memes that people follow idiotically today.
