DYL would be the best fit for VMY, which other MD is located in Perth with the experience of JB, and with the cash in hand to quickly move the project forward... of cause VMY board trying to sell there book with 6 other offers but where are they VMY clean out the board 3 months ago, and would they do what JB can.
Also a lot of the value would be in DYL getting re-rated with a done deal..
