aqutau....Chm seem to have forgotten the rest of the consideration payed....MMX annual report june 2005...1 Million dollars cash, Plus 80 million 10 cent shares in MMX plus 30 million options..Total consideration payed approx $11 million equivalent...best to present all the facts!!!
