I believe that was me you are referring, and I said nothing or that nature. Your claim of someone suggesting ‘prepayments’, clearly fabricated.
I said, my discussions with the management suggested they were looking to come back to shareholders for $100M only.
How the rest is funded I said could be debt, equity. Although I did not mention, it could be something in between.
I also said that my Discussions was around the time of the last credit raise- and things can change.
