Sure. Green is from water. Blue is from gas. The area seems to have a lot of gas, so blue would have made sense.
Solar power, gas power, wind power, they all make sense here. But green hydrogen in the desert? Really? Wow. Even the photo looks pretty arid.
Oyu Tolgoi already has water issues since conception and has to market themselves as the most water efficient mine in the world.
