We all hope for exponential growth in attention to this company and its drug, for it to "go viral." In that sense, twitter and facebook are worthless now, but could be invaluable later. There will come a day when 10,000 people wake up and all hear about clinuvel for the first time. They are going to do exactly what I do when I hear of a company - go to google and type in the name. Social media provides another avenue for the company to distribute positive information.

About the Avexa comparison -- it's a remarkably good one.

Clinuvel and Avexa had their all time highs of around $1.20 in 2007, Avexa in mid-March and Clinuvel in mid-April. Since those highs, Avexa fell below 7 cents a share. Clinvel's subsequent low was 18 cents. These companies both hit their all-time low in the beginning of this year (does anyone believe this was just an odd coincidence?) Even considering Avexa's move today and looking only at the past, Clinuvel was a smarter choice.
