Currently it's an insane case of 'be fearful because there's a very clear reason to be and so far the market isn't, so you sure as heck should be!'

'Be fearful when the market is greedy and greedy when the market is fearful' is great advice, but bizarrely, the price is only back down to around where it was last month, before the strange pump and dump which strangely occurred just before the police investigation started.

News of this investigation still hasn't even put the price below where it was last month, so it's hardly sensible to say that much if any of the potential (IMO extremely likely) bad scenario is priced in.

We all know at least some of the shonky things which have been going on, the police don't just investigate for fun, they'll only do it when they have reason to believe something illegal is happening, and generally don't bother unless they have sufficient reason to believe they're probably going to be able to prove it - it's a waste of time and resources as well as an extremely bad look for the police if they do all of this and then have so say 'sorry about that, everything seems fine'.

Take a look at the CPH chart over the last few years, and you can very clearly see that it's very consistently goes down because holders consistently have too much optimism about where the company is going. That's perhaps more evident and obvious right now than ever.
