2 phrases stick out on that article about lawsuit. This being america it seems the guy did not disclose his illness to try to get health insurance. The seond point is heresay by livetiles but the fact the court case did not result in anything proves livetiles was correct.

1- Mr Girand admits his employment agreement with LiveTiles required him to disclose any previous illneNses that might affect his ability to carry out his duties - which he did not do - however he claims this warranty was itself a violation of US law.\\

2- LiveTiles' answer claims Mr Girand was terminated for poor performance and complaints from other employees and customers about his harassing and abusive behaviour.

As for karls personality. I dont know because ive never met him. He has drive and energy to run a global company and the sentiment turned with the settlement being paid by livetiles. This to me was the catalyst for sentiment turning. The fact that Sp dropped from 70c to 20c prior to settlement only proves that many investors had no clue about investing and bought at overvalued prices and not that it was karls fault. Now people are selling at undervalued prices and again proving they have no clue about investing.

I personally am happy to stick with karl for a while to see their new strategy being implemented. By june/july if this new strategy has not started to work then its time to sell but my opinion we will be in the 20c by then. Only question mark will be how many small clients they will lose in this new strategy but if they lose only a few more then we could be approaching 100m ARR by july 2022 in my opinion.
