Another buyback and further reduction of SOI - good but it doesn't necessarily follow that sp will go up - would have been preferable to issue a special dividend instead - that would have fired up the sp which currently trades well below target prices set by some. However, it's also good to know that they have excess capital to be able to do a buyback and should be value accretive going forward.
