Is anyone else having a
”Holy fg shit” moment?
This is very good. It states everything for funding ongoing but the news of the first project ever to get 402, to me, is momentous. It seems to me it precludes a negative on the funding announcement as that would be a complete waste of time wrt 402 continuity.
Thoughts?
