    G'day All

I have put together a draft list of questions for everyone to review. If there are any extra questions, please let me know. No doubt Westcott will have some more technical questions that he will like to add to the list.

The aim is to send these questions off as soon as possible, so they can hopefully address the majority of them during the AGM. This will allow Westcott more time to ask his technical questions which may not be addressed during the AGM.

    1. With the timelines changing slightly recently, can we get an updated comprehensive timeline of events?

    2. What are the current cash levels at and how long will the cash reserves last with the recommencing of drilling?

    3. What processes are in place to preserve cash and is it likely that SDL will require more funds through capital raising in the near future?

    4. Are we able to get more information on the drilling program, such as timelines, proposed number of holes, and the time it will take to receive results?

    5. Does financing depend on the upcoming drilling program and does the feasibility of the entire project rely on these targets being met?

    6. When can we expect an update on CAPEX, given cheaper market conditions and the possible sharing of infrastructure?

    7. When do we expect the Cameroon Government to make a decision as to when they will buy further into the project?

    8. How are negotiations with strategic partners progressing and at what stage will strategic partners be announced?

    9. Is it likely to be one or several strategic partners?

    10. How is the health of the previous Chairman, and what role, if any, is he still playing in SDL?

    11. It was disclosed that the current Chairman only holds 75,000 shares. Is this a sign of his confidence levels towards the project?

    12. Is 2013 still a realistic expectation for production?

    13. Can we get an update on the preferred transport options, Slurry Pipe vs Rail?

    14. Even with passing bays, are there concerns that a single railroad may not cope with the demand, considering there are other projects nearby and talk of it being a passenger line as well?

    15. With the possibility of it being a multipurpose railroad, would the cost be shared, or is SDL looking to fund it solely in order to maintain control?

    16. There is an exploration permit application at Les Mamelles, which is in close proximity to the port. Is SDL considering mining at this location first, to get the project up and running without the initial need of a 500km railroad?

    17. It was mentioned previously that SDL could produce up to 50mtpa. Are SDL now content with 35mtpa, if so, why?

    18. With Cameroon also being rich with other minerals, such as Gold, Diamonds and Uranium, is there any sign of these minerals existing within SDL tenements, and if so, does SDL have any intentions and rights to investigate these resources in the future?

    19. What does the board consider to be the major challenges and how confident are they of getting the project into production?
