Not trying to get too involved, but there is more to NCA than what is being discussed here at the moment...though I would agree that things are currently very line-ball.
Without going into it too much...and sorry if it seems like too much of an over-simplification...NCA have, in my opinion, been weighted far too much towards the development side of their business plan and not enough towards sales.
The recent shift in focus, from infustructure to sales, in my opinion, was a long time comming and arguably should have been made much, much earlier...but I guess they always needed to reach some kind of critical mass before this could occur!
There is real value in NCA's infrustructure, something which is not currently reflected in their share price...so the key for NCA now, is to how to extract this inherent "value".
The only way to do this, as I see it, is by signing up as many customers as possible, as quickly as possible, before they run out of money...but not to simply to be able to trade "profitably", rather, it is so they become big enough to give the majors a reason to take them out!
That is where the value lies!
