    not sure how it could hit 43 cents without news - I think news good or bad is inevitable before we see 43. Only 2 weeks left in October...and they promised October!

    So 43 could be the result of bad news such as another delay etc... We may see some reversal speculating on news in a week or so. However, I feel the market is taking a cynical attitude about this much anticipated deal.
