"Any comment on what mogul is doing is unsubstantiated as no one knows therefore we shouldn't assume that they are doing anything of worth" that point collapses on itself. You're dismissing what they have said is being done in the Quarterly (what I would consider more so is substantiated information) and assuming there's nothing of worth happening. If anything, your claim is unsubstantiated, as it contradicts what has been said in the Quarterly report and other announcements.
