It's possible that AVZ management convinced the DRC of the importance of value adding through hyrdoxide plants and the like. If that was the case, then the performance shares are well worth it. It does seem like we certainly played a central role in this transformation of decades old thinking, due to the sudden change in direction by the DRC government coinciding with AVZ coming online.

Will have to ask the team one day whether this was the case or not.
