The decision and work on this SPP would have been awhile ago, possibly when we were sitting in the 3.20s without too much optimistic movement in the SP- Its not RAC fault it had a run yesterday. What were they meant to do? cancel it?
This is good for all existing shareholders, for once we get the benefit. Not some external Insto.
If anything it dilutes the largest shareholders, and better looks after the majority.
