    I agree! Everyone was against BOD simply getting so much free shares!! And for what??
    Doing their jobs? That's called wages of which they have plenty of.
    Performance shares should be banned worldwide!!
    Look at the obscene salary and bonuses of BIG boys, Alan Joyce of Qantas. While everyone lost their jobs, he kept his over $30 million wages AND got performance bonuses. That's absolutely obscene!!!!
    WTF should anyone get more than $1 million just for doing their jobs?!
