Not many H plays are at the stage of funding capex acquisitions with the Hydrogen intellectual property and science behind the tech that ECT has.
Most are exploring for opportunities. Those that are advanced like HZR and PH2 command $200m+ market caps and growing over time
Whereas ECT is well advanced. This is the key differentiator for me. Watching out for global ESG opportunities for ECT as this will surprise the market.
The prior fumbling by ECT is more of a timing perspective as the demand was not there, however it is also a big learning curve which can be used now get these commercial plants up and running.
