The dodgy brothers have taken over GMD.
How can they get away with this type of corporate shenanigans?
The share price was 16 cents, but the directors, their corporate buddies and other company associates, and some sophisticated rich friends are being practically "given" millions of shares for a price of SIX (6) cents, plus free attaching options at TEN (10) cents - just incredible !!!
They obviously think their market cap is way to high, and the company is way overvalued and overpriced, and they are right.
Snouts in the trough, little piggies feeding like there is no tomorrow.
ha ... ha ... ha ... it's amazing, I killed myself laughing when I read this announcement, because I've very rarely ever seen such blatant blustering swaggering effrontery in the market. Oh man, this is definitely the comedy skit of the day. Enjoy !
