Who would 'manipulate' a share price down by selling shares hoping someone will sell them cheaper? Honestly it is a large enough open market if anyone though this was a steal they'd be loading up, pretty much everyone on this thread and the Directors also are not buying, we are all jaded and concerned about the future at this point in time and have no idea when things will pick up if at all.
