they should have seen it coming (thats what makes great management), you float your stock, it goes up 10 times in one of the great booms in history. time to raise money while the going is good. didn't the tech boom teach them anything? overpriced shareprice is time to raise money, not when its dropped 80%. i saw it coming and never lost a penny and so did many others.
good luck with your "investment" and get use to the cap raisings. you'll see a lot more of them as the years drag on.
