I am surprised that RAC is only doing an SPP and not cornerstoning a decent holder .
Given the number of posts on HC about this stock surely all this will create is more and more flipping .
In my mind it would have been far tighter to have had a small SPP and get some decent sized insto (s) on board who may have firmer hands and be able to withstand future market gyrations .
