Maybe something that has gone overlooked by a few with the SPP, and how it ties into Monday's announcement.

Think about Monday's news, and how that could potentially alter the way many now view RAC. While the FTO opportunity is always huge, being a new field, it carries higher risk. However the news from Monday is also a massive addressable market, and one where Zantrene can be added to an already highly established treatment protocol. Meaning, this avenue has much lower risk of progressing/succeeding imo.

Now think about those investors who want to become shareholders in RAC based off Monday's news. Maybe Monday was the trigger for many who had been waiting for the story to de-risk somewhat? Remembering that institutions are not as nimble as retail investors. Many are not in a position to digest an announcement at 9.30am, and make a call to invest that day. Proper processes/meetings/decisions are first required.

It seems obvious to me that management are saying to anyone new to the RAC story, if you want in, go ahead and buy on market. There will be no other option for now to gain shares in the company. The SPP will fund us for now, and then we have the potential of additional funding if last years options get into the money.

To summarise, it seems the only available option for new large investors (institutions) who want into RAC, is to buy at market. I like that!
