I think there's an element of buy on rumour, sell on fact happening here also. Big investors will find it prudent to mitigate the risk of ML being rejected by converting some gains now. I wish I had done the same for a couple of AU stocks who were confidently expecting regulatory approval..when it is denied, the price can go to zero before you have time to sell.
