I know there were a few upset folks at the Perth agm who had bought on market the day of the announcement but ultimately we only need to look at who is affected most in these proceedings. Dr T suffers the greatest paper loss regardless of how big anyone else's stack is, is limited to reducing his dilution but still sets out a plan to benefit existing shareholders, it speaks volumes to the management of RAC.
