Indeed, I feel as if weren't being told the full story regarding this query operator and now they're saying Q2 CY 22 just to submit the application for their own permit.

It's hard to see a CR not being needed if we're talking about mining until after Q2 next year, unless the scale of the underground operation is somehow large enough but I don't recall ever seeing any metric on how big that is. Difficult to not become a reluctant seller at this point.
