FBR seeks another $10m for bricklaying robotASX-listed microcap FBR is pitching investors for $10 million equity funding to put towards its Hadrian bricklaying robotic technology.FBR shares went into a trading halt on Wednesday morning as its broker, MST Financial Services, went looking for investors.
The broker was offering up to 222.2 million new shares at 4.5¢ each, which was a 15.1 per cent discount to the last close.According to terms sent to investors, fund raised were for general working capital and to partially two build two more Hadrian bricklaying machines.
FBR said its Hadrian X was the world’s most advanced construction robot, capable of building walls of brick or block houses.MST was calling for bids by 3pm on Thursday. FBR had a $116.9 million market capitalisation prior to the raising.
