The wording is different from the NASA/Renasas halt to this one. I think they need to address the speculation to avoid a pump. I would love it to be another material contract, but I think it's just good management in this case. Looking at the glass half full it gives me more confidence in our team than before.
of course, there's nothing to say that the terms won't change between now and the release .. maybe by way of an additional halt.
