This is not quite correct. I am in Perth and know someone who has just flown to Africa and can return to the Eastern States and then back to WA via quarantine. The only reason Nigel couldn't do that is if he isn't vaxxed.

However, hopefully him staying has more to do with the ability to stream in and the lack of desire to quarantine rather than suggesting that the conference won't be momentous for AVZ. I certainly don't think they'd have to wait for him before signing documents.
