In my opinion someone is pushing it down. I've seen it on countless stocks. from watching the price action and the multiple tiny sized trades there is a algorithm or bot deployed here. some investment fund or whatever is trying to suppress the price. look at the course of sales in commsec. countless tiny sized trades. even $1 trades.
