I agree totally Mikalee and Bocholt. It's a failed management team. They can't look at themselves and see their own shortcomings. So they endlessly keep digging holes hoping to find a pot of gold through any means possible other than sorting themselves out and actually making some profit from $100 million of revenue. The first move that needs to happen is to stop doing copious pages of remuneration reports, cut the Director Fees and high remuneration packages, and put them all on performance targets. Why performance targets...because that's what our multi-million dollar acquisitions were on, and it should now be obvious those performance targets (which were met with profitable outcomes) were the only way we were getting close to a net positive after tax profit. This demerger idea is going to form two weaker companies with additional costs.
