maybe you should wake up to the fact the ASX are total retards. They can’t build a website, there has been endless delays on the CHESS replacement, and now they’ve been sanctioned by ASIC for a market outage issue which showed significant operational issues and that they ignored previous guidelines given to them. But I’m sure their compliance team are the exception to the rule - weren’t they at least a year and a half late looking into the ISX performance shares? Seriously maybe ASX wins in court, but ASX’s confidence in their position means nothing, these guys have a very poor track record in getting anything right.

Also as much as you love bagging ISX it’s about ASX today and acknowledging they’ve just been denounced and sanctioned by the regulator. Let’s focus on that shall we. I wonder if ASIC will actually release the sanctions on ASX once ASX gets the independent experts report they’re required to as part of the resolution process. Or maybe ASIC will just move the goal posts as ASX does to other parties...
