I personally don't think it has anything to do with the Valeo situation last night, as there is basically nothing in it besides a hint of unusal body language that some posters are conveying now as being a definite position that Akida is involved with Valeo's new product ....like they said, further information would follow in weeks to come, so why would there need to be a rush on now.
However, please note, that I saw something very similar to this kind of a situation very early this year with an ASX listed Co when " SAMSUNG " made an agreement with them .... A trading Halt was called two days before it became public so that trading could be had in an orderly way and also to prevent any issues arising of insider trading playing it's hand ................ so I do hope that in our case that it is either SAMSUNG or DELL entering into an agreement with BRN....
Also, imo this 2 day wait sounds more like it has more to do with the signing off on the agreement documents with the legal departments.
