    Where am I going wrong in this rough calc?

    Issuing up to 10m new shares.
    6.6% dilution.
    20% discount to last close of $3.77

    So the theoretical SP fall is 6.6% * 20% = 1.32%
    1.32% of $3.77 is about 5 cents.

    So the SP should have closed at $3.72 today.

    WTF???
