Then wouldn't it be nominated as "in response to an asx query"? further, correct me if I'm wrong, the announcement was that MegaChips had an agreement for the IP. Not for a material contract? The wording is crucial, and I don't see any sticking point - the ASX chose to mark it price sensitive and not just a general news release
