Most real estate agents know as soon as you list your property it is most likely you intend to sell your property. Unfortunately UMC have recently been hanging the "For Sale Sign" out, rather than grow the shareholders wealth through the resource that is obviously present. Perhaps some shareholder could enlighten me that they requested management to take such action? Highly unlikely, as most of us shareholders were happy to let our shareholder wealth grow. It will be worth remembering the key management for future reference & remember they are only in it for the quick cash out & not mining the resource in its own right.
I certainly have not intention of owning shares in a company with Mr. Hogan as CEO in the future, yet he probably thinks he is a hero for getting a deal to happen.
Yes, he will take his pot of gold with him but many UMC shareholders may view his efforts differently to his own opinion of himself.
