If that means litigation for specific performance and any associated damages that flowed from the repudiation of the JV then again I say bring it on.
JH is establishing respect, by requireing BG to comply with the JV, and rightly so
Better to be in bed with RG whow can and will amke things happen rather than a frigid and myopic British Girl.
