Interesting, I was wondering what's happened to the expatriats holed up in Bangkok and Bali etc. Heard that they were being made to feel unwelcome, but that's very subjective.
The big problem with less developed nations is getting their populations vaccinated. Without that, it's risking wider lockdowns.
Melbourne Australia might have had the world's toughest and longest lockdowns but the lives lost have been minor compared with the deaths in England for instance, with a much more lax attitude.
