Garbage. Ppl are selling because there will always be a group that will sell on fact, buy on rumour!
In other words, these ppl bought on the news that drilling was about to commence, then once the hearsay becomes fact they sell - they are only after the upswing due to the speculation - once the real work is to begin they get out.
Some call it reaping the nanocents/share! The investors are there though ready to buy up - as the spike today shows - because the risk/reward is too large to ignore.
IMO of course...
