you missed my point. I went with demand and grew from a house kitchen to 4 shops and 50 staff with more revenue then CRO in 12 months..I didnt choose customers I grew to keep up.
He has the staff, the resources so why not take on everyone from small to large and ger the company going.
Ive never in my life heard of a growing buisness trying to establish itself knock back income of any sort...
