No need for a 5 year wait now, given the foundations are in place for a global roll out. I plan to retire early from this investment within 2-3 years. I think the market has totally dismissed how important John Downes from Lendlease joining the Board and the signing of the Graboyes manufacturing/licensing agreement. The Elstar JV will be a massive market opportunity and I see that as a company maker in its own right.
