I'm confused? Pretty sure I used a full paragraph to explain the difference between capital ratio and working capital ratio. Also bold it for your easy reference.
I wasn't aware ADI also need to comply with CET1. But no matter, your "concern" of a "substantial deterioration" of capital ratio is somewhat exaggerated. Your alleged September 2021capital ratio of 55% is well beyond the minimum required 4.5% (plus 2-4% buffer) by APRA below.
