What a brilliant strategic move by the Board and the market was certainly impressed as was I. Shares up 1 cent!Yawn!!!
Whats next? Having repelled the Westpac offer of $23 per share for the company in June 2006 will the Board now do a sale of the banking division as is rumoured in the media? Based on the estimates been bandied about we might get $4.20 per share at best. Backslaps all round for the directors. What a performance!
These guys deserve a class action for not acting in holders best interests.
