    If it was a done deal I think we'd know by now. We're sitting in the box seat so I can see no reason why, if management/UBS are worth their salt, the figure hasn't been driven up considerably. BHP clearly want to exclude our friendly Chinese neighbours and I'm sure they'll be willing to pay for it, albeit gritting their teeth when they hand over the cheque.
