Its not a SPP, its a 1-for-15.64 entitlement offer.
Thus existing holders can buy 1 new share for every 15.64 they hold already.
I’m not sure about over-subscriptions, need to wait for the Retail Offer Booklet for more details.
I prefer these entitlement offers to SPP’s as everyone knowns how many shares they can buy, and larger holders are not diluted by many smaller holders using the SPP to buy at a discount.
